The Fight

...it started some days ago. Me vs. my Scanner. After a glourious first round, my scanner was leading with 1:0. Today I could beat it but somehow I have the feeling I could only make a draw (1:1).

What I'm actually talking about is the condition of my dear scanner that, somehow, decided to accumulate dirt on the inside part of the glass. Prescans looked good, scans were looking awfully foggy. Well my father and me could clean it but the pictures look still shitty and I started wondering where the hell did all the colours go? The complete background of my sage picture is white - originally blue though. The skin is white - though it shouldn't since I put three layers of colour for shading.

I'm pissed and yes, I don't know how to help myself. =_= it seems I'll end up colouring the picture using Photoshop but I'm not a pro and actually I have no clue about how to make nice backgrounds with that programm.

The desperation is not over yet and I'd say: 2:1.
